Synthesis of CoZn nanowire in anodic aluminum templets and their characterization by Rutherford backscattering spectrometry

In this research, the CoZn alloy nanowire arrays were deposited in a porous aluminum oxide template by alternative current pulse electrodeposition. The was fabricated through two-step soft anodization of pure foils and its morphology determined using scanning electron microscope.In order to systematically study constructed sample, non-destructive ion beam analysis techniques used. Among these methods, Rutherford backscattering spectrum performed interaction proton ions with energy 2000 keV 2500 helium sample. Analysis RBS sample along simulations SIMNRA code made it possible determine concentration, depth profile elements determination stoichiometry alumina at different depths. best results are related keV, which reported 10 14 μm for nanowire. Also, validation results, FE-SEM images prepared from confirms agreement obtained method.
